All American Remodeling tore off an old roof and then replaced it with new shingles. They even removed an old, unused chimney which was causing problems with leaking and water damage. They also provided proper venting which will prolong the life of my new roof. I felt I got a good price, and the job was completed in one day. The crew was courteous and did a good job cleaning up when they completed their work. I will be contacting them to do more home improvement work for me in the future.
We have an older farm house with slate siding. It is very brittle, and I was concerned that stripping the back section roofing off, and getting new would damage the slate. The salesman assured me that their crew would make sure to take their time around the slate and while he couldn't guarantee that none would be broken, he had confidence in their experience. We recently used All American Remodeling to shuck and replace our roof. Overall, it was a good experience with quality materials and the crew worked efficiently (they shucked 4 layers of shingles and replaced the roof all in a single day) and it looks great! There were however a few safety issues that arose on occasion with their "shingle slides". Eric Snyder is a Thief, I was sold a patio door and two windows for a little over $6,000 by two nice salesman. Never got the items installed and whenever i called to see when they were going to start the job He never gave me answer. I had to call my bank and report the charge, because Eric Snyder wouldn't let me cancel and wouldn't give me a refund for my money. Don't Do business with All American Remolding or Snyder Roofing.
Don't believe other fake reviews on this site. Just look at the date's. used subcontractors after telling me they don't. Never pulled building permit until 6 months after they said the job was complete. And it failed. I wish I could add Pictures to his site to show what that did to my home. Now we are going to court. One of the worst decision I have made.
In my experience, All American promptly responded to my inquiry regarding roof leaks and showed up when promised. They determined the cause of the leak was a cracked drain pipe and did not charge me for the inspection. I may even do the repair myself! (I am not that handy) I would recommend All American.
OMG you are so right about the intimidation tactics. Just to make sure you all know that All American Remodeling and Snyder Roofing are all in one. Snyder has such a bad reputation that he can only get business as a subcontractor underneath All American. The BBB and others show All American with a good record. All American does not have to communicate to the buyer who is subcontractors are, so be vary aware that he has done the same thing to me as he did to the other Paula K post. This company is borderline fraudulent and I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere. Eric Snyder is dishonest upfront with contracts that can be misconstrued and usually play in his favor. He also uses intimidation tactics to get customers to do what he wants. He came over and screamed at my 82 year old mother forcing her to sign a completion form on work that was unfinished. He, however, claimed that the contract did not state the Fascia and Soffet were part of the original work. ... read more
