Everything is great until the printer breaks down. Absolute horrible customer service, if you even can get anyone to talk with you. Everything is based on what more can we sell you to fix the problem, yet it never gets fixed. Discord is a joke, The suggestions or solutions they provide are AI answers you can Google yourself. The IT Tech Department is a complete joke. I am tempted to drive to their location and dump this printer on their door step. $20,000 Paperweight. Decent pricing and great Customer Service! Tanisha always has my order ready when I arrive , and makes the process pleasant.
After having this machine for 11 months this will be the 3rd time I’m down for more than a week. I have now been down for 7 days. I spend the entire day on discord with techs with sometimes 3 hours between replies. I was sent a part last week that was the wrong part and they agreed to send out the correct part overnight for me to only receive the same wrong part AGAIN. So I’m down again today.
