I own a print shop and have many printers. They always break and need maintenance last minute when I have big orders, and AAPS has come in last minute to save the day sooo many times for my printer needs. I’ve overnighted parts for very fair pricing (even during christmas chaos) and it always comes quickly, and the parts are high quality and perform so well. I couldn’t recommend this company more. The only place I’ll ever order printer parts from, worth every dollar I’ve ever spent.
Called many times and couldn't get a hold of the PA branch. I have been transfer to CA branch. I wanted to purchase dtf printer but I have learned that printer cannot can be purchase at the store. It has to be bought online and shipped from california??? oh and shipping was ONLY $600... $240 for insurance lol
Everything is great until the printer breaks down. Absolute horrible customer service, if you even can get anyone to talk with you. Everything is based on what more can we sell you to fix the problem, yet it never gets fixed. Discord is a joke, The suggestions or solutions they provide are AI answers you can Google yourself. The IT Tech Department is a complete joke. I am tempted to drive to their location and dump this printer on their door step. $20,000 Paperweight.
