After having this machine for 11 months this will be the 3rd time I’m down for more than a week. I have now been down for 7 days. I spend the entire day on discord with techs with sometimes 3 hours between replies. I was sent a part last week that was the wrong part and they agreed to send out the correct part overnight for me to only receive the same wrong part AGAIN. So I’m down again today. I actually purchased my equipment from the Canonsburg location during an open house (and left my review there as well). I cannot express my gratitude for their guidance and patience during the process! Amazing group of people and I look forward to more business in the future!
Now I’m really getting beyond frustrated and irritated! I paid for overnight air and the package was lost. I was assured the item would be replaced AND NOW THAT WAS CANCELLED! NOW I HAVE TWO MISSING ITEMS AND A BROKEN PRINTER THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING DAYS!
I would like to start by stating that if it were possible to award a half star, I would do so. This has been the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered! As a newly established Veteran-owned small business, we invested over $4,000 in the All American Prestige A4 package. Unfortunately, we have received no technical or customer service assistance. Attention to Details and communication was challenging, when I brought it up the response back was borderline rude and when I told them to cancel the transaction there was no asking why or effort in trying to do better, unfortunately it’s tough to find customer service that goes above and beyond these days, hopefully in the future if I reach out again this will be a better experience. Chose to go with another company simply off the professionalism shown from the other company.
