Do not use this company – This company was the worst I have ever dealt with. I had the misfortune of hiring them to manage my property. They did nothing but cause me grief. Due to their shady contract they charged me one month's rent to rent the property plus advertising fees. Once the property was rented it was like pulling teeth to get answers, they never sent me a copy of the rental contract. HORRIBLE SERVICE – DO NOT RENT OR LET THESE PEOPLE MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY! They are rude and offer no customer service and when you have a problem they take forever to get it resolved.
Do not rent a property from this place – All American Management are unprofessional and they offer no customer service. We were told many items would be fixed and the rental property would be cleaned before our move in date (it is totally filthy). Well or move in date came around and NOTHING was done as we requested on the agreement! When we finaly got a hold of our property manager (Janet) 2 DAYS LATER she was unapologetic and rude.
