My experience at All American Ford was great. Danny Lane, my salesperson, was helpful and not at all overbearing. I was nervous about going for a car for the first time on my own, but, my time at All American was not at all scary. I have already told a lot of people about where I got my new vehicle and will continue to do so. When the time comes to buy something else, I will go no other place.
When I bought the Flex I was told by your sales person that I had free oil changes for 2 years. The service people told me that I have only 4 oil changes for the 2 years 2 per year. This is a sales gimmick that your dealership is selling to people. I will be calling Ford Corp and looking into this.
Kevin, our sales associate, was great. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. I would definitely buy a car from him again and would recommend him to friends and family.
I purchased a used 2013 Edge and Al Monteforte did a great job selling me the suv. He made the purchase seem like an easy task, handled every step in the purchase in a professional manner and got me out the door with the car the same day.
You were open on Saturday when I had my flat tire. You took my vehicle over the weekend and gave me a courtesy ride home. You called me Monday morning to say my vehicle was ready. I only wish the price wasn't so high.
We were treated very fairly. The pricing on our car was fair and the service department has been easy to work with. I would buy again from this dealer.
Getting through to this pt. pleasant office has been difficult. Calling to get a fax number and the fax doesn't work. attempted to get an actual email, and that doesn't forward. Interesting are they avoiding certain customers. this is not a good first impression when someone wants to reach an employee.
Weisleder Ford was a pleasure to deal with. They were very honest and friendly. They were willing to work out a deal to suit my needs. By far one of the best experiences ever with a car dealer.
