I just had oil change but they were very prompt with the time they said it would be done

Ford Escape 2016. Owned a 2013 to trade in. Was excited about getting a new car. Leased the car, not to sure I made the right choice.. Gave the sales person all my particular, signed all the paper work. Got to see the car , but was disappointed because it was missing some of my particular requests.

I had a slow leak in my tire. This dealership was very accommodating. They gave me an appointment the same day I called at a time that was convenient for me and my work schedule.
I was in the market for a family vehicle after recently having a baby. Chad, Tom, and Ahmed did a great job! Will be back for our next vehicle next year when my wife's lease is up.
