I will never rent from AA again. When I moved in I had to go to the office and pick the keys up, when the realtor was supposed to meet me at the house and do a move-in inspection. My kids had been in the truck for 10 hours already and then we had to do more driving. And to top that off the yard was awful. There were leaves all over the place and the grass was long. I have rented a home from this company for over a year, making payments on time or early every month. Through some strange miscommunication, a payment that I thought had been made 2 weeks early never went through. Rather than a courtesy call or letter reminding us (or in this case, notifying us) that our payment was late, we were called the day court papers were filed. We were given no chance to make good on the payment before receiving a summons to court. While trying to pay the late fees and court costs, I was informed tha... read more
User(s) BEWARE and forewarned that All American Homes is not All American in ethics. I was renting out my Fayetteville home and the last tenant stoled my recently purchased AAFES refrigerator and "All American" refused to do anything. I quickly fired them, but that was the last straw in many problem areas. I understand that family members make "Repairs" at high rates, if its done at all. They are quick to call in repairs that cost me a lot of money without letting me know whats going on. My property was not taken as well car... read more

They were extreamly helpful & friendly when we were in the process of finding a place to rent. They went totally out of their way to make us happy. HOWEVER, after we rented a place, they became very difficult to reach. They never returned calls & wouldnt fix things with out a major hassle. Our air conditioner was broken the entire time we stated there, we had electrical shortages with the lights, & now, they havent refunded our deposit. We moved in on the 7th of May, in which our property manager was supposed to do a move-in inspection with us, but at 9am he called and said he couldnt make it to come pick up the keys and do a self move-in.(Note: If I would have done that I would have been charged \$35.00 for cancelling) The yards were not mowed, edged, bushes trimmed, but when I move out, its expected to be. I will NEVER rent through this company again. We have paid our 750 dollars on the 1st of EVERY month and that could matter less to them. I have had problems with my house since the DAY we moved in and they will NOT fix any problem. Theres leaking from the roof to our bathroom which caused the stucko to fall off and rust spots showing up on my personal items. They were quick to charge me 60 dollars for a plumber to come out fo rmy garbage disposal but wont fix any other problem. I am SO happy to finally leave. Never in my lif... read more
