I believe this is the worst property management company I have dealt with thus far. At the beginning they would make repairs without even notifying me, being the homeowner. They do not know if I maybe wanted to get addtional estimates or purchase the item new that was being repaired. My home was vandalized and the property manager gave me inaccurate details on what needed to be repaired and was going to charge me 400 dollars more than what actually had to be done. the most annoying thing is you have to pay by check to the office. i live out of the way in raeford and im in the army so it can be hard to make my payments on time. is it so hard to get in the 21st century and make online pay or pay over the phone?also i go out to the field to train for long periods of time and cant always cut the grass, yet i get threatened that they will hire a landscaper and make me pay

All American Homes has managed our property in Hope Mills for over 4 years, while we have been living in Germany. They have quickly and professionally taken care of any and all issues that have come up. We would recomend them to anyone looking for a property management company in the Fayetteville area.
not recommended. we rented from this company about two years ago and I was never so glad to move out of our house. The carpet was nasty as it was very old. it was even ripped. upon signing the lease i was told that anything wrong with the house would be taken care of before we moved in. ALL HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ALL AMERICAN HOMES, THAT THEY WERE GREAT!!!!!!!, i RENTED A BUSINESS PROPERTY FROM THEM, THEY ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM, JUST ABOUT FOR ANYTHING, (EX: HEAT, AIRCONDETIONED, LOCKS, PLUMBING, THEY WERE ALEAYS VERY HELFULL, SO WHATEVER THEY SAID ON A CUSTOMER REVIEWS THEY JUST MAD BECAUSE THEY DONT GET WHAT THEY WANTED, "WE CANT MAKE EVERYBODY HAPPY, BUT I KNOW I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRYING TO HELP CUSTOMERS IS THIER GOAL, AS A BUSINESS PERSON I REALLY ENCOUTERED DIFF... read more

I will never rent from AA again. When I moved in I had to go to the office and pick the keys up, when the realtor was supposed to meet me at the house and do a move-in inspection. My kids had been in the truck for 10 hours already and then we had to do more driving. And to top that off the yard was awful. There were leaves all over the place and the grass was long.
