The story of All American Door begins in 2005, when owners Shaun and Briana Moore started the company from the ground up in a single truck. From that day, they have striven to maintain a small business, family-oriented feel on every job, even as we've grown into one of the largest garage door services companies in America. Today, Shaun and Briana still reside in the Twin Cities area, and want to continue to provide excellent service to their neighbors and the area they call home.

Called Northern Door and was able to get on the schedule the same day. Couple hours later got a text from Josh saying he was on his way. Great!! He is hours earlier than I expected but was able to fix the garage door. Wrote the check to Northern Door. Three hours later Northern Door shows up. Confused. Me too. Checked my email for the receipt and discovered It wasn't Northern Door that did the repair but a company called All American Door!! Mark S. 11/13/21 I had problems with the garage door opener and was planning to have it replaced from having it done by All American Door company 9 years ago. I was given an estimate for all their recommendations for things to replaced including a Manager Discount waiving the labor and haul off fee sent to me electronically at the time the crew was on site waiting for a response. They did an awesome job for a fair price. Used heavy duty springs and hardware so it should last for years.
This place is a joke. They charge $300 additional for resetting and rebalancing garage doors which is normally included in the service fee price if you went elsewhere in the area. They reel you in by saying if you are an existing customer the service fee is free. Bottom line they tried to charge $700 for realigned the garage door and replacing tracks/rollers. Very fast. Quality care and work. Great experiences. We have used All American Door Co twice now to great results.
I called and got a quote of $150 for installation of a garage door opener that I had purchased. I scheduled the install. They gave me a three hour window at the end of the day and told me they would call 15 minutes before they arrive. I waited until there were less than 15 minutes in the appointment window and then I called the office. While the office had me on hold, the installer called and said he was on his way. they overcharged us to install two broken springs and 10 rollers.The springs were cheap galvanized springs, not steel oiled like we had....the rollers were very cheap and they charged us $100 to install them. they never left an itemized bill after the job was done and I had to call them two days later and they emailed a sketchy invoice.....I have reported them to the atty general, lori swanson, of mn and the BBB. I am going to get a refund for about half the charges.....

I was having issues with my garage door opener not functioning. I called a few other local garage door companies and explained the situation to them, and was told that they would need to send out a technician to assess the issue with a minimum of about $100. I spoke with Penny at All American Door Company, and she walked me through some problem solving which worked, and saved me a service call and money.
