Service Tech Eliel showed up on time and got right to work. He is knowlegable and a pleasure to deal with. He identified the problem with my AC quickly and got it back running. He also provided me with information on how to better maintain my AC units. Top notch service tech who is a valuable asset to your company.
Dennis showed up promptly and very professional- he was friendly and knowledgeable!
Dennis was great. Called to let me know he was on his way. Showed up a few minutes later. He figured out that our breaker for the AC had tripped but still went through all of the diagnostics to make sure the ac didn't have any other issues. He was very thorough and very pleasant to talk to.
My AC stopped working on a104 degree day. Called All American, their technician came out within 2 hours. The Tech (Eliel) diagnosed the problem quickly. He got the system running with a temporary part while the permanent part for the solution arrives. All American and Eliel were awesome. Fast, efficient and professional.
