I am unfortunately a relatively frequent visitor to this place. Came in 20 minutes before closing, the PA confirmed the diagnosis, and someone had already readied a syringe with corticosteroid. Last night they got me fixed up as usual on a different body part than my previous visit earlier this year.
Modern high tech professional building
Used to be good, has gone down hill. Feels like no one who works here wants to be here, except the xray tech is always nice. They do not answer the phones. They were not busy when I came in with an obvious broken bone yet I was treated with little compassion by the front desk and nurse assistant in the back. I do not know who is actually running this place, they do not answer phones and they failed to scheduled my two week follow up and I have no way to contact them since they don’t answer or return calls. Got in to see an Orthopedic, they had me see a PA that was maybe 25yo. Gave me a diagnosis and prescribed me a treatment that didn’t work at all, because it was a wrong diagnosis. Now I understand that we’re human and make mistakes, but to see a PA I could’ve gone to an urgent care - they’re not that trained for certain type of situations (my husband is a PA too). I have anything against the girl that visited me, I bet she did her best. I would’ve gladly seen an orthopedic since they charged me 400$ to “have seen” one.
The staff are really nice they’re efficient. The PA was very informative. Let me know exactly what she was doing and what was most likely wrong with my left hip. I’ve been here before and will continue to go when I need to. Hopefully, I don’t have to go too often.-
