I was charged twice for the same service. When I called to inquire why I was beeping charge twice the receptionist told me its not her problem that I don't understand the invoice and said she didn't have time to send a new invoice clearly stating the difference between the services even tho they were listed as the same service. Then she hung up on me. I called back to ask a manger to review the phone call and haven't heard back but still get new invoices with the same double charge. Went in today 8/28, first off the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unlikable, stuck up as well having to listen to her conversation for an hour with her coworker. Told me they took my insurance only to make me sit there for an hour and a half to actually tell me they don’t take my insurance. Very unlikable from desk girl who doesn’t like her job. Don’t come here! Go somewhere else

I am unfortunately a relatively frequent visitor to this place. Came in 20 minutes before closing, the PA confirmed the diagnosis, and someone had already readied a syringe with corticosteroid. Last night they got me fixed up as usual on a different body part than my previous visit earlier this year.
