Great service and the staff listen to all of your concerns. Do you have fluid build up? Yes they can drain it. Do you need an xray? Yes they can take them. Do you need an MRI ? Yes they will order one. Do you need a brace? Yes they have them. Do you need to speak to a surgeon? They have them for consult and you can make appointments with them after your initial visit. They are kind, courteous & professional at All Access Orthopedics in Kapolei. They answer all the question's I have concerning my medical needs.. I highly recommend them!!
Walked in yesterday and had excellent service! Annalise (not sure how it’s spelled) was extremely kind, knowledgeable and personable. The gentleman at the front desk was also kind and courteous. Dena the radiologist was also very professional and caring. Thank you for taking such great care of me! It is greatly appreciated.
Went there in May 2024 with foot pain, it’s was a waste of time and money . I had to ask for a steroid shot for my pain. They took an X-ray and gave my a brace . Like I said a waste of time and money. I went to a foot doctor cause I was still in pain . Come to find out that 2 of my bones in my foot was fractured . Don’t waste your time going they . I’m stuck in this air cast now still in pain
All Access Orthopedic is a highly professional orthopedic center. I was being proactive in finding a qualified orthopedic center that would accept my insurance. They have multiple locations but the Kapolei location was an impulsive stop. They have a full time x-ray tech eliminating the need to go to an imaging center.I lucked out and was assigned Kendra K who is extremely knowledgeable and knows her occupation.
