Walked in yesterday and had excellent service! Annalise (not sure how it’s spelled) was extremely kind, knowledgeable and personable. The gentleman at the front desk was also kind and courteous. Dena the radiologist was also very professional and caring. Thank you for taking such great care of me! It is greatly appreciated.
Went there in May 2024 with foot pain, it’s was a waste of time and money . I had to ask for a steroid shot for my pain. They took an X-ray and gave my a brace . Like I said a waste of time and money. I went to a foot doctor cause I was still in pain . Come to find out that 2 of my bones in my foot was fractured . Don’t waste your time going they . I’m stuck in this air cast now still in pain
All Access Orthopedic is a highly professional orthopedic center. I was being proactive in finding a qualified orthopedic center that would accept my insurance. They have multiple locations but the Kapolei location was an impulsive stop. They have a full time x-ray tech eliminating the need to go to an imaging center.I lucked out and was assigned Kendra K who is extremely knowledgeable and knows her occupation. I have OA & randomly walked in to see if they could help alleviate the pain (level 8) in my left knee. The staff assisted me on the spot. Lucky for ME my insurance was accepted. I was given a shot in the offending knee & came back again for the right. I had questions about my care, so the office assistant sent my care professional a message to call me and she did. We spoke via mobile phone and she invited me to come in on Easter for a shot. I was truly surprised that the office would be open on an Easter Sunday but that just... read more
