I used services twice…left knee replacement and 6 months later right knee replaced. Jeff (PT) did a great job first time around, so I asked for him again (I was so happy he was still with the company). He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. Great with communication if he’s running late (which very seldom happened). I can’t say enough good things about him.

Instead of contacting me and trying to make it right, some employees will try to leave positive reviews to cancel out my one star. Since you only care about reviews online and don't deem it necessary to return a now former patients 3 phone calls when I decided to no longer use services I guess this should get your attention. All I want is an apology and a conversation about the care I received.
