Aqua Bob and Catherine are absolutely the best! This is our 2nd purchase from them and they were very helpful in explaining everything to us. Service was great and installation was fast. They care about all their customers and are highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about the quality of this place and the owners Bob and Catherine! After one minute of walking in the store, they made me feel right at home, even invited my dog in which was wonderful because they spent over almost two hours with me..with zero pressure I will add. They answered my million questions patiently, taught me things about hot tubs I hadnt even thought about. In less than 15 minutes, I knew I was going to buy a tub here. Bob and Catherine were amazing! They explained the in's and outs of hot tubs, and answered all of my questions. My hubby and son are disabled with several medical needs. Bob made sure to help us pick the hot tub that would be the easiest and most versatile for our family. Definitely recommended!
