This is my primary dentist and yes, I don't live in St Augustine. We visit there several times a year and I have my dental work done while in town, specifically to see these guys. Work is done well, done quickly and they are much, much affordable than the dentist I have uses here. I just moved to St Aug & was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed as 3 were sideways & it was my first surgery ever. Dr. Nate was very thorough in my consultation, Joni & Melissa were very welcoming & I knew I had found my new Dentist office! Everything was great. The dentist is very skilled, the atmosphere is amazing. Overall when I was going to this dentist I loved it. Then things happened. They charged me for missing my appointment without a 48 hour notice. This made me angry. I changed my dentist immediately. By doing so I was to discover that they unneccesarily had me scheduled for 2 extra cavities to be filled and my molar teeth to be pulled. I have not had good experiances with this dentist..My periodontist said they did a less than average cleaning, there were other procedures that were uncomfortable, and the billing was alwys a hassle, not for me..

I fisrt saw Dr. Marcia Nemecek around five years ago when I scheduled an emergency appointment to get a root canal. After my initial exam, she said she had a few treatment options for me to look at, and that she and I would choose the best one to fit my budget (I had insurance, but I was a full time student with a very limited income). Do NOT schedule an appointment with this office. I have never had a cavity in my entire life, so you can imagine my surprise when I learned that after nearly 30 years I needed a filling. All About Smiles made my first filling a horrible and now unforgettable experience. I had to get the same tooth filled twice because it was done incorrectly the first time.
