I recently had my teeth worked on and the experience was very comforting. The employees are friendly and greet you upon arrival. I’m so afraid of needles but I was given a pill to help relax me before hand. Yes I would recommend any and everyone.
Dr. Julius is a fabulous oral surgeon! He made my tooth removal fast and painless. He also has a great sense of humor.
Told me I would have my upper and lower partial dentures in 6 weeks. It took 10 weeks. And when I went to pick them up. Guess what the tops didn't fit. Said I was gonna have to start all over and wait 6 more weeks. The dentist very rude said I could take the bottoms. When he was adjusting the bottom denture the clasp broke. So after 10 weeks waiting for dentures still don't have them. The office manager was very nice but just kept making excuses that it was the lab etc.
We made an appointment months in advance. They called one week before the appointment and said we had been cancelled because the dentist decided at the last minute not to work on Mondays or Fridays for all of August. They offered no makeup appt until mid-Sept. We found this highly unprofessional and obnoxious so we did not rebook.
