I was greeted by Renee like an honored guest, and Dr. Yu's team was so professional and considerate of my time, since I had to get back to work. Their assessment of my oral health was more comprehensive than anything I've ever experienced before. I'm so excited to use the new orthotic device I'm getting to normalize my bite after years of grinding and clenching. I love how Dr. Yu and Dr. Liu treat us as partners in health and wellness!
The staff and Dr. Yu are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They are easy to talk to and care about your overall well-being as well as your oral health.
I had a new technician - Brian, and he was outstanding - careful, through and efficient, everything you want in a dentist appointment!
I have a phobia of dentists however Dr. Yu was so patient and understanding. If u have issues with dentists, go see him and his team will make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
I came to All about Smiles 1 week ago today, because I had chipped one of my front teeth causing me not to smile or open my mouth to wide... After a consultation appointment alone with xray Dr.Yu explain the best treat-ment for me within minutes he started with my crown preps Yes! crown preps "6" crowns delivered today... I love All about smiles. Dr Yu is awesome. I have always had a fear of dentist until I met Dr Yu at another office. He did major work on my teeth & was very friendly, comforting & did an awesome job. When he left & started his own practice I followed him & have been going for many years. Patty is also great, I feel very comfortable & they are very accommodating to my schedule. Keep up the good work!!
Recently went in for a cleaning for the first time at this office. I'm shocked by my experience reading all the wonderful reviews. While the staff was exceptionally nice and the office was clean/beautiful, I felt I was rushed out of my cleaning. Darlene worked on the lower part of my teeth for about 15 minutes and told me I needed to schedule another cleaning because she didn't have time to do the rest. I have never heard of a cleaning tech telling someone they didn't have enough time to clean the rest after 15 minutes. I di... read more
