Hands down the worst property manager I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. We took the house after only seeing it briefly one time because of the proximity to my mother in law who was battling cancer at the time. We needed something to be close to her and it was about a block away. We were told a number of things were going to be taken care of before we moved in and I don't think they even entered the house in the 2 weeks between when my wife looked at it and when we moved in.
