Courteous fellow. Very competent.
The owner on the phone said he would bring out a piece needed, but that didn't happen. The technician said he forgot, and would cut the drain(his recommendation) for another $79 beyond the payment. I said no. He also spilled on the carpeting, didn't clean it up or tell me about it (I am not there it is a rental and you have to trust folks doing the work to not leave a mess). He was on time and was able to fix our drain the same day we called. It wasn't too expensive and I would definitely recommend this company!
Jake was fast, friendly, and loves his job! I would have preferred if he cleaned up a little better when he was done but I wouldn't trade it for his customer service and know-how!
Very nice, quick to respond, cost is reasonable. Jake and Shawn were nice. Shawn was new so Jake guided him through process and helped in some circumstances. I'd use them again and offer them as an option to others with basic plumbing needs.
My appointment was between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, the young man arrived at 3:30pm with no explanation as to why he was late or why no one had called me. The work was done well, he knew the problem right away.
The young man who came, Brandon, was very polite and professional. After he finished the job, he looked under the sink and told us we should change our incoming water lines as they were the originals, well over 20 years old. I'm always skeptical when a tradesman does an 'up sell', but in this case I chose to believe him. I thought the price he quoted was a little high, but he was ready to do the job immediately, so we had him do the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself .
