Dr. Ponce is wonderful. She has provided care for my three kids for two years. However, the office staff is terrible. On more than one occasion, my calls to schedule appointments when my kids are sick have not been returned. I have not been billed when needed, even though my address and contact information has never changed. Had our first visit today. So happy to have found Dr. Middleton again! I was nervous since this was our first time changing from the office we had been going to since my oldest was born, but the staff was friendly, and most important- my daughter was comfortable.
We love this place!!! Absolutely wonderful with our children and recommend this place to any one with children of all ages
