I recommend the doctor at the winter garden location however JESSICA the receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering her when I simply asked “ do I need to check out “ ..she was rude and rushing customers smh
The doctor had the nerve to tell my daughter that it’s good to be skinny. No one wants big, tall girl. YUCK!!
my children have been to this practice since it was on commodity Circle and was Pediatric Specialists. my son is trying to enlist in the Army and needs copies of his medical records. They have lost 19 years of medical records for my son. they have changed his entire future with their negligence. I have always loved the doctors that were here. But this type of mistake cannot go unnoticed with just a sorry we can't help you Mom we don't have those records anymore no one does. That has made me decide that I would never recommen... read more
I love bring my son here. They have helped get him where he needs to be as far as specialist but since they changed to Orlando health they don’t pick up phones!!!!! I waited 45 mins to talk to a MA. Had to drive to urgent care for my son to be seen. This really upsetting. I hope this changes ASAP
I love All about kids Winter Garden. Especially Dr. Smith but man since y'all got new cocky people working in the front. NO ONE ANSWERS OR RETURNS PHONE CALLS EVEN WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. It's very annoying especially when you have a sick kid at home. I even just showed up and was told they couldn't see my daughter (the waiting room and parking lot was empty). But it's whatever.
