As usual very professional, smooth & easy from exam to making that final decision on frames. Dr. Neumann as always knows who I am & has great recommendations. Abigail as always giving to her honest opinions in how frames look and helping make a final decision. Plus she goes step by step explaining everything the different lens choices, tinting & coatings to the itemized bill. Thank you so much for all your help.
