Let’s just start with day of appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early as asked. Then waited for 45 minutes to be seen with one other person in the waiting area. Then get done with exam and choose my frames rather quickly because I know what brand and style I like. The employee that helped me was friendly and extremely nice. She did I great job making sure everything was right and answered any questions! First and foremost the ladies working are amazing and very helpful. On to the issue. My husband is an over the road driver. Picked up his contacts Monday did not need to change them immediately. Tuesday while in Georgia he threw his old contacts away put in the new ones. Immediately couldn’t see. Seeing double, blurry, etc. I called verified what was on his box. Literally the best crew around. They are even great to me when I stop in for a “tune-up” on my frames between exams- they will happily replace my nose pads or tighten my glasses for me any time at no charge. Everyone who works here is good at her job, and Julie especially stands out. She really went over and above for me! I was so happy I almost cried! I always look forward to stopping in here. My family won’t go anywhere else!

I had floaters in my eye today and I had lost my glasses. the manager of all about eyes got me right in this afternoon and I was able to get a new pair of glasses. she was wonderful the doctor was wonderful and all the girls that working in the office are wonderful. I highly highly highly recommend all about eyes and will tell everyone
My experience at All About Eyes has been great! I need to explain why I say that. I picked out frames that I thought I would like and a lens option that I thought I wanted. Well, like the reputation that women have, I changed my mind! I had buyer's remorse within days. Now, I knew that I would be allowed to go with different frames if, within 90 days, I was not satisfied---which, that alone, is wonderful. JULIE IS VERY DEDICATED TO EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE AND SATISFACTION--ALWAYS WITH A BIG SMILE. WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE HER AND HER STAFF ON THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
