Very Nice Ladies Working in the Office. They were very Knowledgeable and Courteous! Dr. James Introduced Himself and Shook Hands with Me. That Says A Lot to Me. He is Attentive and Listens to Your Concerns. I would definitely recommend Them to Anyone.
Horrible patient/phone service! Love to hang up on you. Also sent my daughter's prescription backward and now her eye is messed up.
Made an appointment 3 months ago. Went to my appointment and was denied for services due to being in a wheelchair. They say it's handicapped accessible, but of course, they recommend me to another I. Doctor and Effingham. L c
