They don't respect your time here! You will have to wait an hour after your appointment! Don't go here if you are busy or have a life! This is the second time I have been made to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time! The first time nobody told me what was going on or why it was taking so long. I was patient then. will not be a return customer as I paid for glasses for myself and my daughter and then was told I had a remaining balance when I went to pick them up.. then was told the frames and lenses had been switched so had to wait another week and a half! then had to pay another hundred dollars after all of this
They were so great! I needed glasses bad and they got me an appointment within an hour of calling. The optometrist was a real delight and very caring. The staff was helpful and pleasant. My glasses came in within a week. I ordered two sets for the buy one get one free deal. Couldn’t be happier! I also didn’t feel rushed to pick out my frames which was surprising because when I got to the car I realized they were closing in 5 minutes. Will be bringing my family back for their appointments
Outstanding Service and Excellent Selection!! This was our first visit and my son and I were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and we were able to find a pair that will work great with my son's athletic lifestyle.
