I love Dr. Burton and the staff at All About Children Pediatrics. They have taken such great care of my little girl over the past 3 years and are always so thorough with answering my questions and addressing my concerns which has given me great peace of mind as a first time mom. I now live all the way in Houston and would still drive the four and a half hours just so my daughter can be treated by Dr. Burton and staff.
Dr. Joshi is very personable and kind. Always a long wait which depending on your child's mood can be a whole new kind of torture aside bringing them to see the doctor or get shots. I have a back up doctor at my family practices office. I did so after being told that for my established child we would have to wait over 2 weeks for a flu shot. Really? For a nurse visit? Now maybe it's just me... but I think this practice bites off more than it can chew.
Very long wait times. Waited over an hour to see the doctor. No apologies from the staff.
Is there an email to request vaccination records?? I have been looking for weeks a way to contact them. On website no administrative email, no doctor emails ... Getting soooo frustrated !! I can't call. I am in Singapore... Anyone out there that can provide me an email either Dr. Smith or just an administrative email Thanks a bunch!!!!
