Will withhold medical records due to nonpayment. Not only is this unethical, but it is illegal. They will deny it every way possible, but they locked me out of the patient portal account as soon as they realized we were transferring and then told me it would be at least 3 weeks before we could get any of the records and that I was locked out of the portal due to it being in the process of going to collections. RecommendedI’ve been taking my boy/girl twins to see Dr. Smith since they left the NICU and my 14 yo son since he was 12. She is wonderful with my babies and I never feel rushed during their visits. Dr. Smith answers all of my questions without making me feel silly. She is also very detailed with her parent/patient teaching. Her assistant Jacob is also very good with my babies and my 14 yo!
We love Dr. Smith! But we have also seen Dr. Burton and Heidi Hall and they are wonderful as well. I’ve honestly had a hard time choosing one doctor to stick with because I like them all.
Love Dr. Burton! He listens to your concerns and doesnt brush you off! Strongly recommend him!!
We’ve been with Dr. Burton since he opened his own practice. He’s always been attentive and thorough with each of our three children. We’ve never had an issue getting in for sick visits and we’ve been happy with the other providers in the office as well.
They are the best! We see Dr. Smith and she is wonderful. They Are very attentive and they listen to your opinion and what you may think is wrong with your child.The front office staff is very helpful and very polite I’ve never had a problem with nobody in a doctors office for eight years

I held off for a long time writing this due to my anger with this office. I brought my 5 week old here last January for some breathing issues he had. He would always have his mouth open and looked as if he was working so hard to breathe, I didn't know if it was a cold or something causing his Congestion.
