I was renting from him and I gave him a $500 deposit to move in and when he gave me a notice it was like the 14th of the month and I moved out before the 30th and he was able to move his girlfriend in and he was exposed to compensate me for that and never did and he never gave me my $500 deposit back and he's trying to say it's a buy in now and that ain't even legal so I'm just trying to warn that he has horrible ethics but he does do good cleaning
