RecommendedI've exclusively worked with All About Air since 2010, when they installed a new HVAC system. I've been pleased with the customer service and technical service I've received each time I've called. In August, Chris successfully repaired my AC & recommended that I install a surge protector that I think probably saved my HVAC unit during the freeze and intermittent power outages. Chris definitely went above and beyond on this maintenance visit when he cleaned both of my permanent AC filters.
All of the techs are super knowledgeable and Amber was so nice each time I called with questions. All About Air went above and beyond!! I am so pleased with the service they provided.
Clean, polite and thorough. Explains packages well and offers payment options.
I wish all repair personnel were as nice & competent as Chris! Thanks for a job well done.
