Alize will cheat you out of money one way or the other. Period. They sound nice online. They are very good with P.R. They sound reasonable and accommodating. They are not. They will not give you all of your security deposit back, no matter how diligently you clean. Staying in Alize is Luxury and comfort experience. Staff are really helpful and will meet you when you need them. The way it is build and been there asked me to move into Alize. It is really nice locality and easy access to many helpful places, specially Elementary and Middle school.

I had an amazing experience with both Rich and Eric on your maintenance team today. I had a problem with the hot/cold knob in my shower. First and foremost they arrived at the time expected. They were incredibly kind, respectful, polite and considerate. They took the time to hear about my problem and went to work. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I think that Alize is very lucky to have these two men working for them!! Thank you!!

Very Nice place to stay ...safe neighborhood, good ambience ...and excellent services from.Moreover the best place of staying in alize is admiring the nature....very close to mother nature ...

I’ve lived at Alize for 18 years! I love the community and safe neighborhood but what has really kept me here is the service! Mark the Leasing Manager is so thoughtful, gives great service and follows through on all of my requests. He seems to know every resident by name and treats every resident like family. Elizabeth, Tara, Shannon and Kyle are all terrific at what they do and they always make you feel like you’re their most important resident.
