This apartment complex checked off all of the boxes we were looking for in a place to live! We worked with Susan from day one and she did an amazing job preparing our leasing documents and worked with us to be able to get the best deal for our preferences. Even with COVID-19 being a factor, which could have made things harder; Susan made it seem like we were there in person and was easily accessible during the entire process! Amazing and a friendly community to live in! The office is always very helpful with anything and everything. The maintenances are all so friendly and always on top of everything I request and needs to be done. They do a very well done and do it always right ! Makes my life/ living easy! Thank you!

The Leasing agents are awesome and knowledgeable. The community itself is a great place live. We are so excited to be able to have the opportunity to live here. Shannon was a great help and a wonderful Leasing agent and we are very grateful for her help and support for our moving in our new place.
I am currently a resident at another Sequoia property and am transferring to Alize because of my new job. I absolutely LOVE this company and am so happy to find out that there are 2 other Sequoia properties where I am going. Although I can't review this specific complex as of yet since I haven't actually moved in, I can tell you that my experience at my current Sequoia property has been nothing but the best!
