Very disappointed with this office. The stuff is amazing Michelle the front desk/nurse Is great but the doctor herself is rude and could care less about a parent's concern for their child. I gave her a second chance but all she did was try to shove off to the next doctor. Do not take your child to this facility
Don't go here. The office staff is very rude. They will not call you back when they say they will. You are not a person; you are not even a patient. You are just a number. You leave there feeling worse than when you came. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
Never going back again. Don't waste your time. Go with any other doctor please.
Dr. Asad has horrible bedside manners. She totally rushes all patients and does not take time out to hear parents' concerns. Her front office staff, although somewhat nice, are very incompetent. They have given me wrong information twice!! I remember asking one of the staff members, do they accept my insurance, she said no to find out that they are a listed provider. The good thing is the wait is minimum 15-30 mins but we know why!! Stay far away from this place!
Dr. Assad is very humble pleasant and thorough. She always puts the patients needs first. I was a patient of hers and now I'm expecting my first child and hope he's accepted and welcomed just as I was!
My son has been attending this doctor's office since birth when Dr. Sweetbaum was the doctor. Dr. Asad took over her practice a short time later and I have had nothing but great experiences with her. She is a great doctor! I am extremely satisfied!
