Efficient, very friendly.
For the first time I felt like I found a doctor who cared and listened to me. It may just seem like something so simple to other but to me it was a big deal and Dr. Charles showed me what it's like to get on the right path and to be heard
Care is excellent.
Had a very itchy and painful rash on forearm and thigh for almost a week. Dr Charles walked in, examined me for about a minute, and said “I got this.” Gave me a prescription and told me to use it twice a day. Told me the rash would be gone in 3 days. 3 days later, no more rash! Can’t get better diagnosis/treatment than that

Doctor Charles is one of the most desirable doctors anywhere; friendly, generous, professional … understanding and always helpful; I can't say enough of good remarks about this EXCELLENT doctor.
Dr. Charles is a trustworthy professional who strives to give the patient the desired results. His procedures are close to pain-free! He has a caring and down-to-earth manner. I respect his knowledge and highly recommend his work as well as Dr. Fang who is in the same office.
