Dr. Charles and his assistant were very easy to talk to as I explained my concerns. A biopsy of a growth on my scalp was performed without any discomfort or pain. I was prepped by Emily, and Dr. Charles performed the procedure very quickly. Overall I had a very good experience during my visit!
Dr. Alex Charles is quick, but always answers my questions and I like that sees me and not a PA. He is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
