No se que entrenamiento les dieron, o que ha cambiado, pero en esta ocasión el servicio fue de primera. El Doctor Ben fue muy amable. Me contó que sirvió como doctor militar por años. Lorena, mi enfermera, fue maravillosa en el trato! María, la recepcionista fue muy amable también! De las pocas veces que he venido aquí, esta ha sido de las mejores visitas.
Checked in for a STD test. Wait time was fine and over all staff was friendly. The physician wanted to check my blood sugar. I kindly declined and even let him know that I already have a care provider for those needs and I just need STI/STD test and treatment. Finally after declining the blood sugar test for the 4th time I become upset and reminded the doctor that has nothing to do with my visit.
