I'm so happy I found Alive Mind Body! I was attracted to the studio for it's pilates class offering and affordable membership and fell back in love with yoga because of their amazing classes and instructors! I've never attended more classes a week at any other studio since beginning my fitness journey 10+ years ago. Highly recommend this studio to anyone, of any fitness level, who is looking for a great workout, motivation, knowledgable and kind instructors and a sense of community.
I L0VE this studio. Classes are up beat and super easy to follow. Not happy last time I was there I was downstairs in the bathroom and instead of coming down to tell me class was about to start a minute early they came five minutes after class started and wouldn’t let me join class :S. But overall great I received a full refund and am going to get another pass now that I have more stable housing, can’t wait!
