Not "Move In Ready" I will agree with many of the comments posted about Alyssa. She is always very nice, accomodating and empathic. Management however tries to turn over these apartments obviously faster than they need to and should. They are not by any means "move in ready". The work is not complete or thorough and the expectation is that you will have many work orders when you move into a newly renovated apartment and that just shouldn't be. Great people Alyssa, the leasing consultant is one of a kind. She is wonderful, professional, makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. I am so glad to always deal with her. Carlos, the maintenance supervisor is thorough and very fun and friendly. He makes you feel at ease and makes sure the job gets done.

Nice Nice community. Neighbors are friendly. The upgrades are nice but I wish they put more into their systems, i.e. hvac, plumbing, windows, etc. Maintenance responds quickly. The leasing agent, Alyssa is very nice and responsive.

Kings Crossing A Peasants Opinion Nice Neighborhood close to routes 32 and 29 for alternate routes to Baltimore and DC area a major traffic area. Wood framed exterior recently painted. Kitchen and bath upgrades available. Apartment can get cold in winter near sliding glass doors. After 9pm parking spaces in the front of building are taken up so you will have to park elsewhere. Good for a short term stay.
