Verified Renter The maintenance team has been top notch, but issues persists around pests, a lot of fleas in and around the property! They do try to curb it but it comes back!
Verified Renter Horrible maintenance. It’s been 3 months and the dimmer switch on the ceiling fan has not been replaced. I submitted. 3 maintenance requests. Still not finished. You guys think I am stupid by replacing the dimmer switch with a regular light switch. The other residents should not accept such incompetence.

Verified Renter I love coming home to peace and quiet. Everyone I’ve met have been pleasant. It’s really a pleasure living here.when I moved in a couple of neighbors asked if I needed help. Great place to live!
0/10 stars I would leave negative stars if possible. Was given a prorated amount for moving out on a specified date by TWO DIFFERENT employees in the office. Went to turn in the keys and was told those employees were incorrect and instead of $175 the monies owed are $1500+. To add insult to injury my spouse is currently deployed, I literally feel taken advantage of.
A Dream Come True I can't say enough about my incredible experience living at Alister Apartments. The well-maintained landscaping and the clubhouse welcomes you every day. It creates an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. Elaina goes above and beyond to make sure requests are handled promptly, and she truly cares about Alister residents.

DONT DO IT Don’t lease here; a 15-month lease was the biggest mistake of my life. When we moved in, we had a cockroach infestation for weeks. Don’t expect to get your maintenance orders fixed; it likely won’t happen…even if it’s urgent. People dump trash EVERYWHERE all over the complex. The people from other communities leave their unwanted trash, also don’t count on parking if you live by the townhomes. The people that live there will also take your parking & never get towed. Thank you I came to visit the property on a random Thursday. When I entered the leasing office, I was greeted with a smile and a hello from a young man that I was not expecting to be the assistant manager. He introduced himself as James. He was amazing. He asked me about my needs, he walked me through the process of applying and he toured me around the community. Excellent community The community is really peaceful and the management team great I would definitely recommend more people to live here it’s truly great and when I need help with even the littlest task Elaina always help and when it came down to maintenance to get the job done they did a great job and was pretty quick.
