Second update : finally got a call today two weeks after my first post from management wanting to talk. She seemed interested in wanting to fix things, but until there are results it's just more words. First Update : True lip service from owner response. No call, no email, and I even called the office during "normal business hours", got no response, left a message with my contact information, and did not hear back at all. They really want people to think they are making changes, but actions speak louder than owner responses.... read more
