I've had packages stolen from the mail area multiple times. This is a recurring problem that has not been addressed. Security cameras are needed!
I’ve had a great experience living at Alister Apartments in Austin. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and recently renovated with modern finishes. The community is quiet, the amenities are excellent, and the location is very convenient with easy access to downtown Austin. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Alister Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live in Austin.
Been a mess since day one. STILL have no ACTUAL locks on windows, STILL having a very problematic leak that’s supposedly been “ fixed”. Now the air conditioner is out when it’s 90 degrees already. Non responsive to maintenance requests often and multiple means of communication are required to get anyone out, and then the problem doesn’t get fixed.
