The cleanliness of the office and the professional demeanor that all personnel had. I like Dr. George. This is the third time that zI have seen him.
I have been a long-time patient of Dr. George. Today, I called to make an appointment as I am experiencing bleeding that is very concerning to me. The office staff tells me the soonest I can be seen is August, more than two months from now! As an alternative, the staff advised I could see my primary care doctor who might then be able to get me in with Dr. George a week or two earlier than the August date. How is this providing professional, compassionate care? Am I only to hope there is nothing seriously wrong with me?
Never. It was a horrific experience. Very badly handled from the start. Cold welcome cold office staff. Cold and distant doctor no privacy to talk .000000000000000 kindness and all ended with the wrong medicine. Scares me to think the others go through the same experience. ?? please find another doctor
Dr. George is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Dr George to anyone in search of a GI doctor.
Can't actually get a human on the phone. Hasn't had the courtesy to return three urgent calls over the past two days. Has not given us full lab results. Did not authorize a refill of medication and didn't call the patient to give an explanation or alternative. This doctor has left a seriously ill patient high and dry, so we're off to the ER!! Totally unethical! Fellow patients - you can do better!
Dr. George was fine. It is his staff that is the problem. Especially the billing department. They have no idea what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend Dr. George because of the terrible customer service I have received and am still receiving over a year after my appointment.
