A biopsy due to elevated PSA levels indicated I had low level prostate cancer. My urologist recommended either radiation or active surveillance. After much research I decided on Cyberknife radiation in hopes of eliminating the cancer over fewer sessions than with traditional radiation. Dr, Grann and her team: I can’t say enough about them but here goes. They are friendly, compassionate, and always have time for any of my concerns. Everybody in that facility always has an upbeat demeanor and are fun to be around. Gr. Gann made every visit pleasant. Her upbeat manner and easy- to- talk to personality made it easy to ask questions and address issues which were scary and unpleasant. She continuously put me at ease and made me feel as if "I can do this."
From the moment I walked into the office, I felt like I was in good hands. Office staff is organized and pleasant. Dr. Grann is the complete package combining expertise with caring personality. The technicians are well-trained and a delight. Overall the practice brings comfort and confidence to an extremely challenging situation.
I have nearly completed a course of office visits and cyber-knife treatments with Dr. Alison Grann and her staff. Dr. Grann has answered my questions in a direct and professional manner while keeping a very pleasant demeanor. Dr. Grann's staff: Rae, Jenny, Kelly, Erin, and Derrick (from the CT Scan team) have been so helpful. They all have a great sense of humor and have made me feel almost at home in what otherwise could be a daunting environment. I know that I am in GREAT hands with Dr. Alison Grann and her great staff.

I am so grateful to have had Dr. Alison Grann and her team at St Barnabas Radiation Department as part of my cancer care team. Aside from being one of the most knowledgeable, professional and smart Doctors I’ve met, Dr. Grann is caring, compassionate and has excellent bedside manners. Having her as my Radiation Oncologist made my treatment feel easy, safe and effective because I knew I was in the right hands. She is definitely the best.
I was dissatisfied with prior treatment for prostate cancer and came to Dr Grann to explore more options aimed at curing the disease . Within a short time, Dr Grann had recommendations for a curative treatment regime, which I agreed to. I am grateful for the direct , courteous and caring treatment provided by Dr Grann.
