Dr. Grann is caring, easy to talk to, taking time to explain the radiation treatment process, and has excellent bedside manners. Her Radiation Therapist team-Janell, Naseem, and Beth are wonderful and professional. They are efficient, warm, caring, patient, pleasant, and make me feel at ease. A biopsy due to elevated PSA levels indicated I had low level prostate cancer. My urologist recommended either radiation or active surveillance. After much research I decided on Cyberknife radiation in hopes of eliminating the cancer over fewer sessions than with traditional radiation. Everybody in that facility always has an upbeat demeanor and are fun to be around. Gr. Gann made every visit pleasant. Her upbeat manner and easy- to- talk to personality made it easy to ask questions and address issues which were scary and unpleasant. She continuously put me at ease and made me feel as if "I can do this."
From the moment I walked into the office, I felt like I was in good hands. Office staff is organized and pleasant. Dr. Grann is the complete package combining expertise with caring personality. The technicians are well-trained and a delight. Overall the practice brings comfort and confidence to an extremely challenging situation.
