Dr. Grann is professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. She thoroughly explained everything to me and took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Never rushed. She has an Awesome team who will take excellent care of you with kindness and compassion. I’m grateful Dr. Grann is my doctor. The care and support I received, Outstanding! Highly recommend.
Dr. Grann and the amazing team of nurses, therapists, technicians and administrative professionals are one in a million! Their incredible patience, knowledge and bed-side manner made every interaction a hopeful and pleasant. We are forever grateful and highly recommend the team.
I came here for a second opinion and stayed because this team is truly exceptional. The facility is cozy and welcoming (not like those cold basement centers), with an open machine and no tattooing required. The staff — from front office to nurses and therapists — are warm, respectful, and flexible with scheduling. Dr. Grann has been supportive and empathetic during my whole treatment. She even went above and beyond contacting me and my wife after some testing results we received at urologist's she thought would distress me. Me and my wife reached out numerous times with questions in order to understand treatment options and side effects - Dr. Grann's team always responded promptly and informatively. Cancer is scary, not know how to pick your doctor is even scarier. I highly recommend Dr. Grann and her team. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to you. She does not rush you and truly cares about YOU not just your disease. She stays in close contact with you during treatment - you are not just another case to her. Every aspect of care was impressive - from the receptionist's greeting to Jennifer the nursing coordinator and, of course, Kellie and John the radiologists. Dr. Grann has built an impressive team!
Dr. Grann, Erin, Francesca, Beth, Janell, Kaitlin and Alyssa are all so professional, welcoming, gentle, patient, and kind. I never felt rushed and always very comfortable. Dr. Grann and her team is wonderful! I’m so glad I picked this location, I highly recommend it.It was always a breezy to have the treatments (20 total).The radiation team, Janell, Beth, Francesca, Kaitlin and Allysa was the most caring and knowledgeable.
