We absolutely LOVE Dr. Escalante. We have never had a negative experience. She listens to our concerns and reassures us that things are ok. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She really helped me when my son with little to be ok with giving him formula when I just couldn't produce milk. She didn't make me feel like a failure. I am always able to get an appointment when I need one. She always makes sure all of my questions are answered before leaving. As a nurse myself, I have full trust in this MD

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs if you don't want a crappy experience at your child's visits. Between fake smiles she makes you feel like the worst parent in town about minor stuff like giving an occasional candy or avoiding the flue shots (for personal reasons). She is not kind, she is not clear with the information, she gives you as less information as possible living you confused and disappointed. Definitely finding another pediatrician ASAP.

This was the last straw. My daughter and I were 15 minutes late for her appointment and we were told we had to reschedule. Has anyone ever waited more than 15 minutes to see their doctor? We had never missed or been late prior to this visit. No one seemed to care that is was raining so hard we couldn't see out the windshield. Prior to this occasion, she has been condescending and not able to communicate with the child or parent regarding diagnosis. Find another MD.
