Grateful for this office. The staff is great and incredibly kind. Joanna was very helpful throughout the whole process! She really stays on top of things. Dr. Basak was great! Very knowledgeable and truly made me feel seen and heard even though she was very very busy. I did not feel rushed or disregarded. Months ago, I had an "acne emergency" and wanted to see a dermatologist. The one I previously visited had no availability, so I looked for someone new. Dermatology Healthcare Excellence was not only close to my house but also had great reviews AND immediate openings. I had such a wonderful first appointment that I scheduled my annual skin check and acne follow-up for later in the year. I found Dr Basak when she removed a pump from my husband. She was so kind and friendly I wanted her as my Dermatologist. I called to make an appointment and there was a two to three DAY wait!! Excellent doctor, excellent staff, excellent experience thus far! I don’t envy Dr. Basak for having to practice medicine in a broken system, but already she has shown me that the patient comes first. It’s refreshing! Would recommend her to anyone. The super friendly staff is the icing on the cake!
