I haven't been to a dermatologist in ages because the experiences just haven't been great. Have had some things come up with my skin and so decided it was time to try again. I appreciate so much the thoroughness and kindness of Dr. Basak. Her staff was warm as well. Definitely will come back for a checkup and will refer family and friends!
Dr. Basak and team were kind, informative, and provided excellent care for my MOHS surgery. They walked me through the whole thing and helped alleviate my concerns. The surgery went really well and I am confident my face will heal up good as new.
I am so happy to have found this office! Everyone is so kind - front desk, assistants and the doctor herself was very kind. Dr Basak listened to me, addressed my concerns, and did a very thorough exam. Dr Basak has a lot of knowledge and is willing to share it with you. I definately recommend!!
Dr Basak is clearly a compassionate and caring physician that wants to get to the root of the problem. She spent extensive time assessing and evaluating the Dermatology issue I presented. Her knowledge and expertise immediately put me at ease and made me feel seen and cared for. Her entire office staff is incredibly professional, helpful and caring. A lovely office nestled off of Kipling and Jewell that is easy to access. Highly recommend her for your Dermatology needs.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Basak and also getting lip filler. Before arriving i was so scared. Once i arrived to the office , i was greeted by the friendly receptionists. Joanna the office manager also made me feel more relaxed and assured me that i was in great hands. Once I met Dr Basak, we discussed what it was i wanted.
