Dr Anissapour performed my C5-C7, C6-C7 ANTERIOR CERVICAL DISCECTOMY AND FUSION + AUTOGRAFT, #ACDF. My life was barely functional pre-surgery. My result has been better than I could have hoped for. I am so grateful to have my shoulder and arm pain resolved immediately upon waking up from surgery. I recommend Dr Anissapour and his team if you have a spine issue.
I went to see Dr Anissipour for leg pain. I had been diagnosed with Stenosis and had decided after a year of trying epidural shots and PT that I needed to go a step further. He gave me 2 options, one being a Laminectomy. I went ahead with that and have never been more happy that i chose that route. From the minute i came out of the anesthetic I have had NO pain. NONE!!! We had good experiences with both the doctors we were involved with, my biggest complaint is with the front office and paperwork side of things. It took forever to get a doctors note filled out and sent to over to my girlfriends work, it took 3 days to get her prescription refill signed off with 3 broken bones in her foot, and now it’s been a week and the doctor evaluation form has not been filled out or faxed over. Very nice, but make sure you get at least 2 other opinions. I had my back fused and neck fused and I have more pain now then when I went in, and other problems related to the surgery. Legs going numb and swallowing problems. Be sure you weight the cost, because if it doesn't work out, there is no one who will feel what you feel or really cares about you, after the bills are paid..
