I’ve lived at Apex/Alina since August 2024, and my recent experience trying to transfer apartments and then move out has been frustrating. I visited the leasing office three times to discuss transferring to Alina. I received inconsistent information about concessions: I told the office that i currently reside in apex, and was told eight weeks free would be possible, then later they sent me email with 10 weeks special. And then i asked them and was told by the manager they would need to seek approval for only four weeks after... read more
Just got move in. The location is very good and convenient. I got help by Nestor from the first tour until move in. He was very helpful and would follow up. The whole apex leasing office was also helpful. Great team.
I love living at Alina apartment. Lease staff Andrew Luis and Dalia are so kind and professional.
