This place gives you so much attention when they are trying to get you to sign a lease and then ignore you after. My family applied here and were denied (based on a mistake in our credit report) and despite denying us, Alina has not sent our deposit back to us despite DOZENS of emails and Cloie promising that the check is on the way. How is this legal? Since their office people continue to ignore us I'll be messaging the Better Business Bureau about their systemic unresponsiveness.

I would not recommend living here. My car was broken into twice within just three months, and management has been extremely unresponsive throughout the process. They rarely reply to emails or messages, and there has been little to no communication regarding safety concerns. The security presence is ineffective. I even provided video evidence showing people entering the parking garage and attempting to break into parked cars, but there was no meaningful response or action taken. Since the new management took over just a few months ago, this property has gone downhill at an alarming rate. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, maintenance concerns are ignored, and it’s nearly impossible to get a clear response from the leasing office. I moved into this apartment in December 2025. Since then, my husband's car has been broken into twice. For the amount of rent residents pay, I expected a much safer community. After experiencing two vehicle break-ins, I have serious concerns about the safety and security of this property.
