Dr K and Rachel are truly amazing. I love how they take a wholistic to my health and well-being. After the first few adjustment sessions I instantly felt a difference in my body specifically in my shoulders where I carry the most tension and stress. They were like concrete. But now, they feel loose and relaxed. The exercise routines with the supplements have had a huge impact on me in a positive way as well. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. K and Rachel at this AlignLife location! I started going there to just get my body and mind moving in a better direction, but the coaching and chiropractic care has been tremendous. I need to start off by saying that Dr. K and Rachel are two of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Now on to the chiropractic care! When I started seeing Dr. K I was having back pain daily and sometimes the spams at the end of the day would be so bad I just laid there. After a little over a month now I can say my lower back pain has almost dissolved!
