So far without even having the procedure I have had a wonderful experience talking with the staff and moving forward with this big step in my life.
Debby is amazing. Absolutely amazing. She was able to answer all questions and addressed every single concern it's aplomb. Similar with Dr Satterwhite. He was incredible and his bedside manner and understanding were unparalleled. Even when I faced a random complication, you folks were on it without question and you took care of me the whole way. I am so proud to have chosen you folks and I feel privileged simply privileged. 12/10 the whole lot of you.
Dr. Satterwhite is a singular physician and person. Over the two years I have known him and multiple surgeries he has performed on me, I have always felt confident that I was in good hands. He has exhibited more patience and humility than I could have ever imagined possible of a surgeon with his level of training.
