Doctor was very approachable and supportive over the phone. Answered all my questions, asked for my pronouns, made me feel secure and excited to continue in the process

Overall it was a very easy and good experience. Because it was surgery there was still a fair amount of pain, but I am very happy with my results and everyone at Align has made me feel very welcome. Everyone has been very kind, and they helped distract me from my nerves.
Dr. Pang was a pleasure to talk to. While he could not perform what I seek, he was the most upfront and down to earth surgeon I have met who offers GRS. If only the stars aligned and more options were available, he would be at the top of my choices for a surgeon.
I love that I get simple online communication, while I also would like to maybe even add a form of Communication via text message
Everyone I have talked to so far has been extremely friendly and very willing to work with me, answer all my questions, and try to find the best way to help me pay for everything. It's very appreciated and a drastic change from other clinics I have been to.
