Appointment was for an MTF vaginoplasty procedure. I chose Dr. Pang based on results I have seen through his office's website and experiences shared by his patients on the internet. The consultation itself felt rushed and not very informative. I wish he had taken more time to walk through the procedure and discuss aftercare (especially aftercare because it is very involved and important for proper healing). Debby is one of the kindest people I have ever encountered. From the very beginning of the phone call, I felt safe, comfortable, and excited to talk to her. She understood what I wanted and came up with solutions to make it happen. She truly has an outstanding bedside manner and a wonderful understanding of medicine. Clear and courteous consult for FFS
I am not totally sure what visit or procedure I am reviewing here, so I will talk overall. I am extremely satisfied with every appointment I have had with Dr J, and I am really happy with my FFS result.

Overall experience was good all my questions were answered. Align surgical team were great at getting back to me making sure I had all the information I needed. Very thorough and their team was super thoughtful and supportive. Also, my first major surgery was intimidating but they made sure I was comfortable.
